Meet Our Pastor

Apostle Pastor (Prophetess) Gloria Lindsey

Apostle Pastor Prophetess Gloria M. Lindsey was born March 9th, 1961. She's a daughter of the late Mother Shirley and late Deacon Lorenzo Dillard. She has one sister, Sylvia Miller. She is blessed with 3 wonderful children, 2 handsome grandsons and 2 beautiful granddaughters!

She was reared in "United Bibleway Church" under the late Pastor Theatis J. Lucas and late Bishop Larry Lucas until her pastor saw the Prophetic call on her life and sent her to Mt. Calvary Holy Church WS by 1994 for further equipping and training in ministry under Bishop Harold I. Williams and Shirley Caesar Williams. Entering she joined the Usher board, followed by Nursing. Prophetess soon responded to her call as a Prophet of God in July 1995, remaining there 12 yrs. operating as a Bible Study Teacher, Youth Advisor, Adult Sunday School Teacher and also started Theology Courses. After a couple of years studying Ministry, Pulpit etiquette etc. and being presented to the Board of Presbytery of MCHC of America by the Assistant Pastor (1997-1999), the vision of another Mt. Calvary in Durham was in place. W-S was turned over to International Elder - Daniel Russell to Pastor. Prophetess received her Ministerial Credentials from Mt. Calvary under Pastor Daniel Russell in 1999 after serving faithfully alongside of her Shepherd. Prophetess continued her education with Psychology/Social Work from Stratford Institute online (1998-2001) while at the same time received paid training from TSA (The Salvation Army) in their Social Service Correspondence Course (1999-2004).

In 2006 to current she also started an "Intercessory Prayer & Study Ministry" called "Under the Shadows Ministry” which is now mobile.

Prophetess Lindsey began working for the Salvation Army from 1996- 2007. The agency allowed her to minister which developed into noonday prayer over the years at the agency’s request. She was also chosen to represent TSA on the EAN (Emergency Assistance Network) Board and area surrounding churches in 3 Counties (Forsyth, Davie and Yadkin) to connect ministries and launch new SA Ministries (1997-2007).

The Lord relieved her from Mt. Calvary in 2006, and she returned to assist United Bibleway (now "Solid Rock United Bibleway"), after the death of Pastor T.J. Lucas. She was ordained an Elder and a Prophet on October 1st, 2006 under Bishop Larry Lucas and (at that time) Pastor Gwen Monroe. She departed to glean while on the assignment to "Unleash, Unlock, Impart and Empower the people of God by the Dunamis Power and Word of God". On October 1st, 2010, she established "SHONDO' (meaning: Complete Turnaround) and is the Founder/Pastor and CEO of Shondó Faith Deliverance International Inc., which is based on Genesis 50:20. And as of June 16th, 2017 she was affirmed as an Apostle in the presence of her peers.
